  4. Traci,
This was yet another example of your supreme resilience and poise despite being in a really difficult, tumultuous situation with your family. You came off as very prepared, passionate, and energetic--some of the hallmarks of a true instructional leader. I loved the fact that you put in a lot of personal "touches" with student voice--what a treat. I think that Collette's words of wisdom were nothing short of inspirational, and they made me reflect on my own personal leadership philosophy. Perhaps the most valuable facet of this entire experience has been the opportunity to work so closely with such a tremendous group of individuals. I am sincerely humbled (and humility is not my strong suit. . . ) in the presence of people like you, and I look forward to seeing where your never-ending pursuit of excellence takes you.
    Way to go, Traci!

  5. Traci,
Thank you for hosting the intern seminar last week! I appreciate your sharing of the staff and student perspectives that showcases the positive, family-like environment at Spinning. Additionally, the work you and the rest of the staff have done to increase student achievement is inspiring. Last, it's always great to hear from Collette; what an excellent opportunity to work with such an exceptional leader!
